DANIELLE PERCY
VP
Danielle Percy is the Co-Founder for the Bertram Village Township project in Eleuthera, Bahamas. The “Bertram” name comes from the forefathers that were awarded the land by the Queen of England, for their help in fighting the Pirates of the Caribbean over 200 years ago.
Danielle was born and raised in Central Oregon. She graduated from college with a degree in Business Management and Marketing. Danielle initially took a job as the Subscription Sales Manager at the local newspaper. It taught her about sales, customer service, client retention and management. She then moved on to become the Program Consultant for an Insurance Coaching Group. This group provided the tools and program for insurance agencies to run their businesses efficiently. Her job, as Program Consultant, was to recruit and train the Owners of various insurance agencies to insure their success.
She met Ian in 2010 and within a couple of years, they formed Fraser’s Professional Services, a commercial window washing and janitorial services company, which has been operating successfully in Bend, Oregon for the past twelve years. Over the years, they developed a niche, as a premier company, with the restaurants and private schools as a community partner.
Being self-employed, enabled Danielle and Ian to have the time and freedom to raise their children and grandchildren. This experience has also given her the opportunity to work alongside the leaders in the community and help contribute to the growth of Bend.
A few years ago, Ian and Danielle started working on the idea of building a township in the Bahamas that would benefit the Bahamian people. That is when the concept of Bertram Village was born. Danielle says, “We started working on the idea of building Bertram Village and over the years the dream of something so special has become closer to being reality than I could have ever imagined! We have the land, and we have the Bahamian people on our team, the support of the local Bahamian government and we just want to invite industry professionals to come and do what they do best already... in the most beautiful place in the world!”
